Bray Wanderers FC Press Release

Press Release- Bray Wanderers FC

The Club are pleased to announce that within the past week funding has been organised to fulfil the remainder of this season and into 2018.

We regret the unease caused by our honesty and the concern it caused to our fans/players/coaches/our fellow Clubs in The League of Ireland and their fans/FAI and the greater football community including St Josephs Boys plus the Wicklow Leagues.

To all my apologies

We had a very busy week and are now in a better place because the call was answered by people in County Wicklow and South Dublin.

It was most encouraging the various messages of support plus the financial backing received. It certainly answered my question on whether we can get support for this Club.

A special message to all the League of Ireland Clubs who contacted me to support and offer help – it proves that the Clubs are working for each other.

I have written earlier to the PFAI setting out that all contracts will be honoured.

So now, let’s get behind Harry Kenny and get the results flowing. On that note a special word of thanks to Harry and his staff who have shown excellent support and commitment this past week.

As always we have an open door for anybody who wishes to help in any way.

Bray Wanderers FC is back in business and look forward to our next home match.
