Bohemians 0 Bray Wanderers 0

Premier Division, Dalymount Park, 4 August 2017.

Lee Steacy made his first start in goals in place of the suspended Peter Cherrie. 16-year-old Jake Ellis from the under 17 team was named on the substitutes bench.

Darragh Noone had Bray’s first chance in the sixth minute following a cross from Ryan Brennan, but Fuad Sule blocked his shot.

On the quarter hour former Bray under 19 player Oscar Brennan went past three Bray players before Clancy denied him with a sliding challenge. On the stroke of half time Darragh Noone’s free kick went across the face of the Bohemians goal with no Bray attacker able to reach it.

On 50 minutes, Ryan Brennan shot from close range, forcing Supple to parried it away. Neither team threaten the opposition goal in the remaining minutes and Wanderers will be happy with a point to end a four-game losing run.
