Team news ahead of Shamrock Rovers fixture

Bray Wanderers head coach Harry Kenny looking to extend the Wanderers winning run in the Premier Division to 4 games this Friday night. Following last week’s 3-1 win over Champions Dundalk, Bray sit joint 2nd in the SSE Airtricity League with last years champions.

It’s been another busy week for the Wanderers after last Friday’s win in Oriel Park, we were again in action on Monday in the EA Sports Cup where after 120 minutes neither side could be separated and St.Patrick’s Athletic edged the penalty shootout.

Head Coach Harry Kenny has been looking back on the previous week and ahead to tomorrow nights game at the Carlisle Grounds.

“We were very pleased to come away from the Champions last Friday with the three points and to score three goals in Oriel Park is no mean feat.That win keeps us up at the right end of the table and we now look forward to Shamrock Rovers coming to the Carlisle.It was very disappointing to go out of the EA sports cup on Monday,I thought we did enough to win the game.We took a lot of positives from the game and I was very pleased with the lads that came into the team considering they haven’t had much game time recently.”

This weeks team news is that Conor Kenna is back from suspension whilst Conor Earley,Hughie Douglas and Kevin Lynch all remain out through injury.
