Team news ahead of trip to Galway

Bray Wanderers travel to Galway this Friday night to take on a tough Galway United side. The Wanderers didn’t have it our own way in the Carlisle Grounds earlier this season when the Seagulls had to dig in to claim a 1-0 win and finishing with only 10 men.

The Wanderers got back to winning ways last Friday night in the Carlisle Grounds against Derry City as the league resumed following the mid-season break.

Looking back on his sides 3-2 win over the Candystripes, Bray Wanderers Head Coach Harry Kenny said,

“We were delighted to secure the three points against a very good Derry City team last Friday and we will be looking to build on that this weekend. We’re looking forward to the game in Galway on Friday night.”

Harry Kenny will welcome back both Dylan Connolly and John Sullivan to the squad for Friday nights game, both sat out last week’s win due to suspension. There are injury worries over Keith Buckley and Mark Salmon but no decision will be made on either player until closer to kick off.

Kick off in Galway on Friday night is at 7:45pm.
