Wanderers return to action after mid-season break

Bray Wanderers return to action tomorrow night at the Carlisle Grounds in the first game following the mid-season break. Derry City will be the visitors to the seaside tomorrow night with the Wanderers aiming to rediscover their early season form.

The previous meeting between the sides this season ended in a 3-2 away win for the Wanderers thanks to a Tim Clancy goal in the dying seconds of the match to seal all 3 points.

Harry Kenny is raring to go for the 2nd half of the season,

“We’re looking forward to getting back to league action after the mid season break. The break was very much welcomed after playing five games in two weeks. We need to improve our results and stop conceding goals if we’re to maintain our position in the table starting with a positive performance against Derry on Friday night”.

The Wanderers will have to cope without the suspended duo of Dylan Connolly and John Sullivan for tomorrow night’s match with both serving 1 game bans for reaching 5 yellow cards.

Kick off at the Carlisle Grounds is at 7:45pm and tickets can be purchased online in advance on www.braywanderersfc.ie
