The Board of Directors have decided with immediate effect to cancel all football activity within the Academy until further notice, following on from the statement of the Taoiseach today in closing schools and reducing public transport etc. A decision on first team activities will follow later.
The health and safety of those involved within the club is priority in making this decision, which we fully support. We also support the duty we ALL have to society in this regard.
We would ask all our stakeholders to follow suit within their own families and support everyone in the community.
This is effective immediately and in force until 29th March 2020.
We will review this decision on an ongoing basis and be guided by the Government,FAI and the HSE
