The Academy under 19s were defeated 6-0 away to Waterford FC last Saturday. Waterford were three goals up within the opening 17 minutes through Colm Whelan (10m & 17m) and Colm Power (14m). Jack O’Connell added a fourth just before the interval. Whelan completed his hat trick on 51 minutes before Adham Masood completed the rout on 77 minutes.
