Bohemians went in front after just six minutes. Ward’s cross was met by Corcoran who poked it past Moran. The visitors doubled their lead on 31 minutes. Supple’s kick out was flicked on to Ward and he lobbed the ball over Moran’s. Wanderers almost pulled one back when Cory Galvin fired a shot off the crossbar from almost 30 yards

Dylan Watts fired a shot off the top of Moran’s crossbar. Wanderers then had both Galvin and Kelly booked for simulation in the penalty.

In injury time McCabe chipped over the top for Coughlan who beat Supple to it but was brought down by the keeper. Gary McCabe duly converted the resultant penalty.

Former Wanderer under 19 player Oscar Brennan cleared a header from Sean Heaney over the bar as Wanderers pressed for an equaliser. Bohemians sealed their win on 74 minutes when Stokes found the top corner from 20 yards out.
