League of Ireland First Division

Waterford FC

Friday August 25, Carlisle Grounds

Kick-off 7.45pm

Bray begin the final series of nine matches in the League of Ireland First Division when hosting second placed Waterford on Friday.
With the play-offs still the prize for several clubs at the business end of the season, Wanderers Head Coach Ian Ryan is only concerned on what his team can do.
“This what we’ve been building towards since last January. It’s an exciting time of the year. It’s what we’ve looked forward to – that we’re still involved in the mix. We’ve got nine massive games to play for. We’re looking forward to the battles ahead,” said Ryan.
“We don’t need to worry about anyone else, because everything there is within what we can do. It’s what we can control. There’s 27 points to play for. We know what we must do.”

Striker Chris Lyons – who has missed the last two games with injury – could make the squad.
However, fellow front man Yoyo Mahdy is a doubt have gone off injured last week against Dundalk in the FAI Cup.
Attacker Conor Davis continues to recover from a wrist injury. Having had the cast removed, he could feature.
Goalkeeper Matt Connor is ineligible under the terms of his loan from Waterford.

It ended 2-2 back in March at the RSC when Wanderers came from 2-0 down to earn a draw.
When the teams met back in April at Carlisle Grounds, the Munster side won 2-1.
Back in June again at the RSC, Waterford won 3-1.
