Shamrock Rovers match report

Shamrock Rovers 2 (Miele 4. Shaw 20), Bray Wanderers 0

Premier Division, Tallaght Stadium, 30 May 2017.

Wanderers lost defender Keith Buckley through injury during the warm up. John Sullivan came in at right back with Darragh Noone taking his place on the bench.

Wanderers got off to the worst possible start, conceding after just four minutes. Conor Kenna misjudged a loose ball and Miele nipped in to shoot low to the corner of the net.

On twenty minutes Rovers doubled their lead. Former Bray striker Gary Shaw was played in by Burke and he squeezed the ball past Cherrie from a tight angle.

Wanderers never really threaten Chencinski in the Rovers goal and the Hoops ran out easy winners.
