Under 15 National League Quarter Final, Carlisle Grounds, 12 November 2017
The SJ.B Academy under 15s came from behind to snatch a last minute victory in this League quarter final. Wexford took the lead after 19 minutes. Brody Murphy played in James Dowling who fired into the top right-hand corner. The visitors had a chance to double their lead when they were awarded a penalty. Darragh Levington’s spot kick was saved by Sean Coffey.
Festy Ebsole equalized for the home side early in the second half after Wexford keeper Cian Browne was unable to keep out his shot. In the 80th minute, as extra time loomed, Precious Omochere fired home the winner.

The under 15s are away to St. Patrick’s Athletic on Sunday, 19th November, in the semi-final. Kick off at Richmond Park is 2.00pm.
The winners of that semi-final will be away in the final to either Athlone Town or Finn Harps the following week.
