Under 19s

The under 19s were defeated 2-1 by Limerick FC on Sunday in the Academy Grounds in Carrickmines. Adam Foley put Limerick ahead on 49 minutes. Oscar Smith equalised for the Academy team two minutes later. Tomas O’Connor scored the winner for Limerick FC on 70 minutes.

Under 19 team v. Limerick FC: 25 Jordan Walker, 2 Jack Gallagher, 4 Riyad Simon, 6 Dylan Hennessy, 9 Daniel Luczynski, 10 Oscar Smith, 11 Piotr Suberlak, 13 Aaron Hennessy, 18 Konrad Wiechec, 20 Timmy Ilori, 21 Aran Horgan. Subs: 1 Adam Dempsey, 7 Siddeeq Lunat (for Horan 67), 14 Adam Neto (for A. Hennessy 79), 16 Niall Barr (for D.Hennessy h/t), 23 Nikolay Borowiec (for Smith 71).

The under 19s host Bohemians in the second round of the Enda McGuill cup on Wednesday, 11th July. Kick off at the Academy Grounds in Carrickmines is 7.00pm. The under 19s are away to UCD in the league next Saturday, 14th July. Kick off at the Belfield Bowl is 2.00pm.

Under 17s

The under 17s are now in second place in the Southern Section of the league just three points off Shamrock Rovers after recording their sixth successive league win and seventh win in a row in all competitions with a win over Limerick FC on Saturday.

The under 17s defeated UCD 2-1 on Tuesday, 3rd July at the Belfield Bowl in the league. Jake Ellis opened the scoring after just three minutes. Conor Dowling added a second on 57 minutes. Danu Kinsella Bishop scored a consolation for the Students on 76 minutes.

Under 17 team v. UCD: 25 Sean Coffey, 3 Jamies Crilly, 4 Alex Rafferty, 6 Aaron Rice, 10 Daniel Madaghjian, 11 Conor Dowling, 12 Evan Dunne, 13 Panit O’Keeffe, 14 Jake Ellis, 15 Callum Perry, 16 Precious Omochere. Subs: 1 Enda Minogue, 7 Steven Sweeney (for Dowling 79), 8 Glen Hollywood (for Madaghjian 29), 17 Nikolay Borowiec (for Omochere 90), 19 Byron O’Gorman (for O’Keeffe h/t).

They defeated Limerick FC 3-1 away last Saturday in Hogan Park. Michael Conlon put the home side in front after 12 minutes. Glen Hollywood equalised two minutes later for the visitors, Daniel Madaghjian scored twice in the second half. Firstly on 54 minutes and then he converted a penalty four minutes from time.

The under 17s are away to UCD in the second round of the Mark Farren Cup. The game will take place on Wednesday, 11th  July at 7.00pm in the AUL Complex. They host Cork City in the league on Saturday, 14th July. Kick off at the Academy Grounds in Carrickmines is 2.00pm.

Under 15s

The under 15s remain in second place in group 2 after defeating Athlone Town 2-0. Both goals were scored by Darragh Lynch.

The under 15s are away to the Mayo league on Sunday, 15th July. Kick off is 2.00pm in Milebush Park.
