A quick turnout for the Wanderers see’s us travel to Drogheda tonight aiming to get back to winning ways after Friday night’s disappointing defeat to Bohemian FC at the Carlisle Grounds.
Head Coach Harry Kenny felt that his side should have got something from Friday’s match,
“We were very disappointed after the defeat to Bohs last Friday night in the Carlisle grounds, whilst we didn’t play as well as we have been on the night I thought we had enough chances to score and get some points from the game.Their goalkeeper was in inspired form and saved everything .We now have a quick turnaround and go to Drogheda on Tuesday for another tough game.”
Wanderers welcome back Gary McCabe and Mark Salmon from suspension for tonight’s match while Darragh Noone is the only player who misses out through injury.
Kick off at United Park is at 7:45pm and full updates will be available on our ClubApp page.
