
Bray Wanderers is pleased to announce the signing of two goalkeepers. Aaron Dillon signs on loan from Blackburn Rovers. Joining Aaron at the club is goalkeeper Evan Moran who played in last Friday night’s friendly against Drogheda United.
Aaron, 21, began his League of Ireland career with Athlone Town under-19s in 2014/15 before moving to Witton Albion in England as a 17-year-old. He also had a short spell with Rugby Town. He returned to Ireland and joined Galway United for a short spell. He joined Blackburn’s Development squad in the summer of 2017 on a one-year deal with an option of a further year.
Evan, 21, was previously with West Bromich Albion’s youth academy. He signed for Cabinteely in July 2015 for a short spell before moving to a college team called Akron Zips (U.S.A.) in August 2015. He signed for Athlone Town in February 2016. He made nine league appearances for Athlone Town before leaving the club in June 2016. He then moved to Shamrock Rovers under 19s for the remainder of the 2016 season.
