U15 Match Report – Shelbourne 2 Bray Wanderers 2

An injury time Louis Rothwell penalty saw Bray secure an EA SPORTS U15 LOI Group B point in their opening fixture of the 2024 season.
The Seagulls took an early lead at the AUL Complex in Dublin on Saturday afternoon.
But Shelbourne hit back with two spot-kicks of their own to lead 2-1 late on.
A depleted Wanderers took the lead in just the ninth minute when Cristiano Bramley found the net.
Yet the Red’s equalised through a 21st minute Kevin Madu penalty.
They then went in front in the 86th minute when Madu converted another 12-yards dead-ball.
However, the home team were reduced to ten players with the final whistle approaching.
And from the third spot-kick of the contest, Rothwell made no mistake to level matters right on full-time.
Elsewhere in the section, UCD defeated Bohemians 3-2 at the Oscar Traynor Centre.
