Finn Harps 0 Bray Wanderers 4
Two goals either side of half time saw Bray make it three LOI Academy MU19 Tier 2 (North) League wins on the spin.
In a game switched from Finn Park to Maginn Park on Sunday afternoon, the Wicklow side left Donegal with an emphatic 4-0 success.
The triumph followed on from the 5-0 victory for the Seagulls against the same opposition in the Enda McGuill Cup at Ballycorus last May.
On a very difficult surface, Wanderers took the lead in the 39th minute when Lewis Jacobs created space for himself inside the box and placed his shot low into the corner.
A well worked corner kick early in the second half doubled the visitors lead. In the 47th minute, Daniel Chukwu rolled a clever ball to Thomas Morgan at the edge of the box and his drive nestled into the net.
It became 3-0 in the 70th minute.
A great run and cross by Chukwu gave new signing from UCD Alex Nolan a tap in for a debut goal having come off the bench just five minutes earlier.
Chukwu himself rounded off the scoring in the 86th minute when he drove into the penalty area and calmly slotted in with a precise finish.
With Ben Clarke and Jack Keogh pulling the strings in midfield and Zack Nolan (just two days after his first team debut|) marauding down the left wing, the margin of victory could have been greater for the Green and Whites.
But the long away trip was rewarded with four goals; three points and a clean sheet.
Elsewhere in the section, leaders Dundalk defeated Derry City 4-0 at Oriel Park to make it 12 points from their first five matches.
Bray are now in second placed with three wins from their four league outings to date.
